I am an experienced tutor offering online Spanish tuition across the UK. I completed a degree in Spanish and English achieving 1st Class Hons and have lived in Peru, Mexico and Spain. I hold a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) qualification.

I started learning Spanish at school, but it was whilst travelling and teaching English in Latin America that I really became passionate about the language. That led me to start and complete my English and Spanish degree, including living in Oviedo, Spain. Now back in the UK, I live with my husband and son in Tonbridge, Kent.

I love passing on all I have learnt to my students. Having learnt Spanish from scratch, I can put myself in my students' shoes and offer clear advice about how to overcome common hurdles to learning the language.

Language learning should be fun and I use interactive techniques to make the most out of each session. From the first session I will personalise the teaching specifically for you so that you can reach your language goals.

​

 

Unlike apps or large group lessons, I try to tailor the vocabulary I teach you to your interests. I am also able to teach you at your pace offering more time on an area you are struggling with and avoiding repeating language that you are confident with already.

My experience includes teaching from primary age up to adult learners. I have experience tutoring students for exams and can offer support for Spanish GCSE, A Level and IB. I have a current enhanced DBS certificate.
